Terms And Conditions

  1. 1. Customer can join this the scheme any day of the year.
  2. 2. Existing members can enroll in multiple schemes.
  3. 3. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for membership.
  4. 4. Only one payment can be made in one calendar month.
  5. 5. Monthly instalments must be paid on or before the 10th of every month.
  6. 6. Do not Combine multiple books to make single payment, please pay separately for all passbooks.
  7. 7. Missed instalments, cannot be paid together without prior approval. All multiple payments without prior approval will be refunded and not considered.
  8. 8. Members who have completed their payment on schedule can purchase lab grown diamond jewellery from us after 30 days of their last payment including bonus.
  9. 9. Late payments will postpone the redemption date.
  10. 10. Scheme Benefits will not be applicable if cancelled before completion.
  11. 11. Cash will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  12. 12. GST on items purchased under this scheme is payable by the member.
  13. 13. The scheme is subject to change under the new legal provisions.
  14. 14. TED Jewels in compliance with the orders of the Central and State Governments Reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions as and when required.
  15. 15. All Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai.
  16. 16. The decision of the management in all matters relating to this scheme is final.
  17. 17. After Completion the scheme members can purchase jewellery from our app or visiting our store.
